This week, Year 6 have been channelling their creativity through poetry, inspired by the characters in ‘How to be a Lion’, our whole school text. Focusing on the theme of celebrating differences and individuality, pupils wrote poems that brought to life the gentle, brave characters in the book! Their thoughtful and imaginative poems reflect the power of being true to yourself and embracing compassion.
