Children in Reception this week have been looking at features of 2d shapes. They have also been trying to make 2D shape patterns too. They were so clever learning the different shape names. Reception have also been looking forward to the sports day in Greenwich Park too.

This week reception have been exploring our new topic, Superheroes. They have putting on their superhero costumes and flying around the classroom 

Reception have been working really hard on writing their tricky words this week. They have made so much progress in their writing.

This week Reception class have been enjoying the sunshine. They have been playing in their flower shop and pretending to deliver them to customers.

This week Reception have been exploring their new role play areas. They have a new farm shop to play with in the classroom and a flower shop outside. From the pictures we have taken, they look like they really enjoy being florists and farm shop workers. 

Reception have seen the sun finally! They have been out in the playground enjoying themselves and working together to build towers and draw shapes.
