After the half-term, Year 2 has returned wonderfully. It's been a busy week with Maths, English and Art.  In Maths, we have started to learn about multiplication. We have begun by using tens frames, number lines and the hundred square, focusing on our 2 times tables. In art, we have been learning about different types of shading and really used our observation skills to look at the shapes we could see. Finally, in English, we are beginning to use some fantastic vocabulary in our planning to retell a well-known traditional tale in our own words.
