Mudchute Farm trip

Mudchute Farm trip

On Monday 25th June Reception visited Mudchute Farm.

It was a very hot day and we wore our sun hats as took our tour of the farm with Shelly.

We met chickens, a turkey, goats, sheep, pigs, llamas, a cow, horses and donkeys.

We were able to feed some of the animals as well.  We put our hand out flat and put the food was in the palm of our hand.  The goats and sheep then licked the food of our hands it was very tickly.

Then we ate our lunch! After lunch we took the DLR back to the Cutty Sark station and then a bus back to school.
