This week, Year 2 have been exploring facts and writing statement sentences about their Class Saint, Teresa of Calcutta.  In art, we have been busy learning about Kente Fabrics and learning to develop our weaving skills using layering.  In maths, the children are doing really well at writing their numerals in words and learning to partition.  Later in the week, we started to look at our new Geography topic 'Weather Watchers', and learning about extreme weather conditions.
