This week in Year 2, we delved into Time, focusing on analogue and digital clocks. The students have shown tremendous enthusiasm as they learned to distinguish between the two types of clocks, recognising the unique features and even making their own analogue clock face complete with rotating hands.

In addition to exploring the visual aspects of clocks, we've also focused on understanding the fundamental units of time: seconds, minutes, and hours. Through interactive games and discussions, the students have been recognising how these units connect with our daily routines, such as knowing when to start lunch or understanding how long a story might take to read. I am super proud of how they have grasped O' Clock so quickly. Well done Year 2!
