It was so lovely to welcome back the fresh faced and rested children this week. They have been super busy reading and exploring our new text, The Day the Crayons Quit, by Drew Daywalt and writing questions as the crayons from the story.  In Maths, we have been identifying parts of a whole and looking at what are equal and unequal parts of different shapes.  In Geography, we have moved onto learning about mountains. Why not ask your child, 'What makes a mountain a mountain?'
