Year 6 Residential - 2023

On Friday, after a delayed start, parents waved off our Year 6 pupils as they set off on their journey to Marchants Hill, in Surrey.  They settled in really well, had an explore and ate a lovely dinner.

Saturday, we had some VERY brave students take part in zip lining and designing and putting together a craft that will float.  Each group worked as a team to make it happen, encouraging each other along the way.  After an exhausting day, they all had a delicious dinner, choosing from lasagne, chicken nuggets & BBQ sauce, garlic bread or vegan burger, with a massive salad bar to help themselves.  Dessert was chocolate muffins.

None of the children have been super homesick. They've had a fantastic 2 days so far, and rumour has it that some children don't want to go home!  What does Sunday have to offer...?
